Chez Panisse is a restaurant located in Berkeley, California. Alice Waters founded this fine dining restaurant in 1971 to serve French cuisine. Since then, it has won numerous awards for its food and service.

It’s famous for being one of the first restaurants to serve organic produce from local farms during its early days and using ingredients from sustainable fisheries that are responsibly managed with consideration for our oceans and marine ecosystems worldwide.
